These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Idoworx website and tools (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Idoworx offers online utility tools, including but not limited to Image to Text and Eyedropper. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
  • Upload content you do not have the right to process
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with other users’ use of the Service
  • Use automated systems in a way that harms site stability or security

4. Your content

You retain rights to content you submit (such as images for OCR). You grant Idoworx a limited license to process that content solely to provide the tool you requested. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions do not violate law or third-party rights.

5. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also acknowledge that policy.

6. No guarantees

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Tool outputs (including OCR text and sampled colors) may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Idoworx and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for use of the Service in the three months before the claim.

8. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Idoworx and its operators from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Third-party services

The Service may rely on hosting, fonts, or other third-party infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
